For Milan Design Week 2023, Buccellati, the esteemed Italian jewelry brand, will be commemorating their renowned collaboration with Venini through their ‘Rosso Maraviglia’ collection. This reissued collection showcases Venini’s exquisite, translucent vase adorned with Buccellati’s silver fruit, along with silver plates and botanical centerpieces, as well as glass fruit table pieces embellished with silver accents, including a green-apple jam jar, lemon placeholder, and pumpkin centerpiece.

To highlight the ‘Rosso Maraviglia’ collection, Buccellati will be hosting an exhibition on the rooftop terrace of their headquarters, an iconic building designed by Piero Portaluppi. The exhibition will be curated by Federica Sala, and will feature a striking red-domed structure crafted by multidisciplinary studio AMDL Circle and architect Michele De Lucchi, inspired by the shape of diamond cuts, creating a modern pantheon that visitors can step inside.

Beneath the dome, a botanical installation by landscape artist Lily Kwong will be displayed, incorporating real-life elements that echo the decorative fruit motifs of Buccellati and Venini. Buccellati’s CEO, Gianluca Brozzetti, expressed the significance of strengthening the brand’s connection with the city of Milan and its historic landmarks, such as the Portaluppi Terrace, as a representation of a future intertwined with its rich past.
